Yes. It is beef protein, not whey or casein, so there is no milk protein in it, and it contains no gluten-bearing ingredients. If you have a diagnosed allergy, read the full ingredient panel on the tub before you buy.

250–300 ml of cold water per 40 g scoop. Liquid into the shaker first, powder second, then shake for about 15 seconds. Milk works too if you want it thicker — chocolate in particular.

Unopened tubs can be returned within the window set out on the refund policy page. Once a tub has been opened we cannot resell it, so opened tubs can only be returned if something is wrong with the product itself — contact us and we will sort it.
