Who we are
Superhuman Supps operates this website and is responsible for the personal data described below. You can reach us at info@superhumansupps.store or on +91 79770 74232.
What we collect
- Order details — your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, plus what you ordered. We need these to send you a parcel.
- Messages — whatever you write to us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form.
- Newsletter sign-ups — your email address, if you give it to us.
- Technical data — standard web server logs, which include your IP address and browser, kept for security and troubleshooting.
We do not collect or store your card details. When card payment is switched on it will be handled by a payment provider, and the card number will never reach our servers.
Why we use it
- To take, pack and deliver your order, and to talk to you about it.
- To answer the questions you send us.
- To send marketing email, but only if you asked for it. Every message has an unsubscribe link and it works.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to get your order to you: our courier (name and delivery address), our payment provider once one is connected, and our email provider if you subscribed. Each one acts on our instructions. We also disclose data where the law requires it.
Cookies and local storage
This site keeps your bag in your browser's local storage so it survives a page reload. That data never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
We load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site. If that changes, this page changes first.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires — currently eight years in India. Contact messages are kept for two years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email info@superhumansupps.store and we will act within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm who you are first — that is to protect you, not to slow you down.
Children
This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will also be sent to anyone on the newsletter.
