Agreeing to these terms
By using this website or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not order. We may update them, and the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
Orders
An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract only when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline it — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to the address, or if a price was listed wrongly.
Online card payment is not switched on yet. Orders are currently taken by email or WhatsApp and we send a payment link separately. Nothing is charged before you choose to pay it.
Pricing
Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
We try hard to keep prices accurate. If an obvious error slips through, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Offers and bundles
Bundle discounts apply automatically in the bag at the quantities shown on the page. Offers cannot be combined with each other unless we say so, and we may change or withdraw an offer at any time — though never on an order you have already placed.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, and the nutrition figures on this site are taken from the pack artwork. Always read the label on the tub in your hand before use: that is the authoritative version, and formulations and packaging can change.
Photographs are illustrative. Colour reproduction varies between screens.
Health disclaimer
Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or managing a medical condition, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before using them. Stop use and seek advice if you have an adverse reaction. Keep out of reach of children.
Intellectual property
The Superhuman Supps name, logo, packaging design, photography and text on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or probe this site, scrape it at volume, or use it to send anything unlawful. We may refuse service to anyone who does.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer because we broke these terms or failed to act with reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
