Where we ship
We ship anywhere in India. We do not currently ship outside India — if you are abroad and want a tub, email info@superhumansupps.store and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 14:00 IST on a working day are normally dispatched the same day or the next. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next working day.
You will get a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3–7 working days. Metro addresses are usually at the faster end of that; remote PIN codes can take a little longer.
These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and the usual festival-season crush all add time.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders over ₹2,999. Below that, the charge is calculated at checkout based on your PIN code and the weight of the order, and shown to you before you pay.
Tracking your order
Your dispatch email carries the courier name and the tracking number. Tracking usually takes a few hours to start updating after dispatch — that is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
If something goes wrong
Parcel late, damaged, or showing as delivered when it is not in your hands? Email info@superhumansupps.store with your order reference within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will chase the courier and sort it out.
Please check the parcel on arrival. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, photograph it before opening — it makes a claim far quicker.
Wrong address
We ship to the address you give us. If it is wrong, tell us before dispatch and we will change it for free. After dispatch we can only ask the courier to redirect, which they may refuse, and a re-delivery charge may apply.
